Terms
By using ReadyRoom, you agree to these terms.
- What ReadyRoom is. A self-guided plan on your phone that helps families prepare for someone coming home from the hospital: what to ask, what to get ready and what to do next. It's educational information. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe, replace the care team, or create a doctor–patient relationship. In an emergency, call 911.
- Health information changes regularly. We review and update ReadyRoom as new guidance comes out, and some content may not reflect the very latest. Always check with the care team of the person you support.
- Your plan lives on your phone. We can't restore it if it's cleared or lost.
- Paying. One-time payment through Stripe; what's included is shown before you pay.
- Product links. Home Readiness shows some product ideas. They are ideas only, not recommendations, endorsements or guarantees; you decide what's right for your home. Some are Amazon affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate, ReadyRoom earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. No maker pays us to include a product.
- Fair use. For your own family. Please don't copy, resell or share paid access. If a partner gave you an access code, it's for your use only.
- Limits. ReadyRoom is provided "as is." As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or $50 if more. Claims must be brought within one year.
- Disagreements. Write to us first and give us 30 days. Kentucky law applies, in Kentucky courts.
- Who can use it. Adults 18 and older in the United States.
- Updates. As ReadyRoom grows, we'll keep this page current.
